3. Terms of Sale (Artisan Goods)

We sell unique, handcrafted goods created by Boricua artisans to support their economic stability.

A. Handcrafted Nature Disclaimer

All goods are handmade and are, by nature, unique. Minor variations in color, size, pattern, and finish are to be expected and confirm the artisan quality of the product. These variations are not considered defects.

B. Pricing and Availability

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Products are subject to availability; if an item purchased online is unavailable, we will contact you immediately to arrange a substitute or a full refund.

C. No Shipping Policy (In-Person Pick-Up Only)

We do not offer shipping or delivery services. All purchases made through the website must be picked up in person at our physical location during our designated business hours. You must bring your order confirmation for pick-up. Orders not picked up within seven (7) days may be subject to cancellation and refund.

D. Exchanges Policy

In line with our retail policy, we do not offer cash or credit refunds for change of mind. We offer even exchanges for unused, original-condition items within 14 days of the pick-up date. This policy does not cover damage caused by misuse or normal wear and tear.

4. Donations and Financial Status

We are deeply grateful for your support of our cultural and artisan programs.

A. Pending 501(c)(3) Status
