Refund Policy

The beautiful items we sell are handcrafted by Boricua artisans, meaning each piece is unique and may have slight variations in color, size, or detail. These minor differences are a sign of their handmade quality!

No Returns, Only Exchanges: Because our artisans create unique pieces, we do not accept returns for refunds. We are happy to offer an even exchange within 14 days of purchase if the item is unused and in its original condition.

Exchanges for Damaged Items: If an item is damaged or structurally faulty upon purchase, we will offer an exchange for an identical, or highly similar, item. Please bring the damaged item back to our location along with your receipt.
